JDF Realty, Inc. was founded in February 1992. In the past fifteen years, the company has become experts in retail leasing, office leasing, investment sales and restaurant sales and leasing in the Tri State area.

The company has also assisted in the retail development of a 23,000 square foot strip mall at 250 East Houston Street in the East Village and has recently been contracted to develop the leasing program for approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space at the landmarked St. George Hotel in Brooklyn Heights.

The company has recently developed an investment sales division. We have numerous qualified buyers and are always seeking quality product to offer to these customers.
