About Us JDF Realty, Inc. was founded in February 1992. In the past
fifteen years, the company has become experts in retail leasing, office
leasing, investment sales and restaurant sales and leasing in the Tri
State area.

Some of the national and local customers we are working closely with include Morrell
Wines, Nyack College, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, King's Pharmacy, H and R Block, Blockbuster Video,
Equinox Fitness Clubs, Kinko's, McDonald's, Burger King, Starbuck's, Autozone, Allied Domecq, A and P/ Food Emporium,
CVS Pharmacy, Rite Aid, L'Impero, Hearth and Pre-Schools of America.
The company has also assisted in the retail development of a 23,000 square foot strip mall at 250 East Houston
Street in the East Village and has recently been contracted to develop the leasing program for approximately 30,000 square feet of retail
space at the landmarked St. George Hotel in Brooklyn Heights. The company has recently developed an investment sales division. We have numerous qualified buyers and are always seeking quality product to offer to these customers.
As the company looks to the future, it seeks to uncover new opportunity's to assist real estate owners, management companies,
retail, office and restaurant tenants with all of their realty requirements. These requirements may include locating a financially sound tenant, which enhances the image of a building and its owners' bottom line, negotiating lease terms, performing lease analysis and closing a deal; or finding a quality location which fits the needs of a
